Continuing Education Catalog
Courses for licensed Texas OSSF operators
Each course is structured around TCEQ continuing-education requirements and counted in contact hours, the unit TCEQ uses for license renewal credit. Prerequisites listed per course — you'll need your active license # to register.
How These Courses Work
01
Counted in contact hours
TCEQ tracks continuing-education credit in contact hours, not days or sessions. Every course below lists its contact-hour total so you know exactly what it counts for toward renewal.
02
License # required at registration
We never collect SSNs. To register you'll provide your active TCEQ license # (e.g., MP-prefixed for Maintenance Providers). We use it to issue the completion certificate the regulator requires.
03
Taught from real OSSF work
Curriculum reflects the systems you're actually maintaining — aerobic units, conventional gravity, sand filters, drip dispersal. Bring questions from open work orders; we'll talk through them.

Frequently asked
What license types do these courses serve?
Our curriculum addresses continuing-education needs for TCEQ Maintenance Providers (MP), Maintenance Technicians, OSSF Installer I and II license holders, and registered Apprentices. Each course lists its specific eligibility on its catalog card.
How are contact hours reported to TCEQ?
You receive a completion certificate at the end of each course showing your name, license #, course title, contact-hour total, and the completion date. You retain the certificate for your renewal records per 30 TAC Chapter 30.
Can I register without a license # if I'm new to the field?
Most courses require an active TCEQ OSSF license or Apprentice registration. If you're working toward an Apprentice registration, call us — we can walk you through the TCEQ pre-registration steps and confirm which courses you're eligible for.
Do you offer private group sessions for company crews?
Yes. If your company has four or more licensed operators due for renewal in the same window, we can schedule a private session at our Bay City classroom or coordinate travel for an on-site delivery. Call (979) 557-3017 to discuss.
What's your refund or transfer policy?
Registrations can be transferred to a future class date at no cost up to 72 hours before class start. Cancellations more than 7 days out receive a full refund less payment processing. Within 7 days, registration converts to a credit toward a future session.
